手上有个老的Rails 5.1项目需要修改功能，clone代码到本地后，发现代码运行在ruby3.0下问题很多，懒得折腾ruby环境了，最后用Podman来运行。

我工作的电脑上已经用Podman替换了Docker，Docker内置compose（容器编排工具），Podman没有，需要单独安装一个podman-compose，podman-compose可以兼容docker-compose.yml配置文件，只是podman因为没有root权限的守护进程，所以 restart: always 这项用不了。

编写Dockerfile：
